Very very good. I've tried many places for a deep cleansing facial and here you can get a proper one done. I've dry and sensitive skin, they check your skin thoroughly and use the right products. At many places the therapists think you have no clue about skin care and dont provide as many details as wanted. Here the team is so knowledgeable and professional (Bree is my favourite). I always feel I get what I need and leave very happy and love their recommendations. Will keep coming back.

I must confess, I've never had many facials before and the ones I've had, were done overseasWell, I am completely converted! Just one trip to Sanctuary Skin Care and I have never felt more spoilt and relaxed and my skin felt so healthy. I will not go anywhere else!Natasha has magic hands and fingers. She gave me an incredible shoulder, arm and hand massage, on top of the most beautiful facial, i have ever experienced. The peel and LED light therapy she used on my skin was just the ultimate! I’ve had pigmentation on my arms for ages (as well as face) that has bothered me. On top of not being toned I just felt the the pigmentation is that annoying that I would wear long sleeves a lot. Natasha treated my face and it faded so much that my arms treated! Omg I’m so happy 🙏 She removed all of my big freckles that the tiny ones don’t bother me anymore. It’s not pushed me to get my arms toned too. Love the place - lovely customer service and love my results. Thanks Natasha!!

I have just had the most amazing Laser Carbon facial with Deb at The Sanctuary. And WOW what a result. If you’re like me and like active treatments and want to see an immediate effect - then you’ve got to try this. My skin is so much smoother and more even. I worked as a Laser nurse myself a few years ago so I know a good treatment when I see one and I don’t give false praise. If this is what it does after one treatment - i am definitely going back for more.

The Sanctuary is exactly that, my haven away from the stresses of a busy working mums’ world. I don’t have much time which is why I only come here; because every staff member is highly trained and every treatment has been perfectly matched to my tricky skin type - they always get it right!! I am yet to have a less than 5 star experience. In fact the staff take the science of skin care to another level, I have enjoyed noticeable change and zero irritation with my sensitive skin. I am definitely an Aspect skincare convert for life. I have recently moved to the central coast and I am still driving back for my monthly treatments, they are that good!! Thank you girls.

I love going to The Sanctuary for my regular facial treatments. As someone with oily acne-prone skin, my skin has improved immensely - it's never been clearer! I hesitate in writing this, as it may make an already busy place even busier...but...Neutral Bay has long been plagued by mediocre beauticians, not anymore. The Sanctuary has everything you need and more, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, a covetable product and service range, and all in a sophisticated yet relaxing environment. Natasha does the best eyebrow shape I've ever had, and also the best facial (and I mean, in years!) she cares so much about providing a top class service to her clients and she does, every time - I can't recommend enough.

Been visiting Sanctuary Skin Care for about a year now and the difference in my skin is out of this world! I used to have a lot of milia and congestion all over my face, which I was quite self-conscious about as someone in their mid-20’s. Zoe and Lauren have turned that completely around - I’ve never had such healthy, clear skin in my life!

The girls are so passionate and knowledgable about skin health and really make sure that I understand what is going on with my skin and how to look after it. Highly recommended!

(And if that doesn’t convince you, Lauren gives the most relaxing scalp/facial massages EVER!)

In this consultation, we will discuss what you have written on your consultation form and we will take a good look at your skin under a diagnostic light. Then, we’ll discuss your specific skin concerns and prescribe a full skin care regime, personalised just for you. We take this approach because we genuinely want to help people improve their skin. We have seen our products work to effectively combat many skin concerns. We believe that it is our job to assist you in combating your particular concerns. Whether you try just one, or all of the products recommended to you, or choose not you decide to follow our advice, it is completely up to you. We never want you to feel pressured to buy our products.
