Online Booking: Our Online Booking system is open. We are currently taking bookings online and if we are in lockdown when your appointment is booked, we will contact you as soon as we know we can reopen to reschedule your appointment.
Covid Safe Guidelines
Here are our reopening guidelines, in line with NSW Health regulations:
- Masks must be worn before and after treatment
- We need proof of your COVID-19 vaccination prior to commencing your treatment
- Scan our QR code and check in on entry
- Arrive to your appointment on time and alone (we currently have a 5 client limit on premises)
- Keep 1.5 metres distance between yourself and others whilst on premises (with the exception of your skin clinician)
- Use the provided hand sanitiser on entry and exit of the clinic
- If you are feeling unwell, please call us to reschedule your appointment
As you can understand this is a tricky time for any small business and team to navigate. We appreciate your understanding, patience and support as we reopen

Arriving to your skincare appointment
It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes prior to any skincare appointment, so that you can unwind and fill out our client consultation form. Please ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your skincare treatment. Arriving late may unfortunately reduce the time of your skincare treatment.
Cancellations
We kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee and for gift voucher or pre-paid treatment bookings, your treatment value will be reduced by 50%. A 100% fee/100% of your gift voucher value will be charged for no shows.
Normal Trading Hours:
- Monday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
- Tuesday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
- Wednesday: 9.30am – 8.00pm
- Thursday: 9.30am – 8.00pm
- Friday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
- Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Please note: Wednesday and Thursday evening are by appointment. Our last appointments finish half an hour before we close. We can process bookings, product purchases and gift voucher purchases until we close each day.
